Most of us prefer to have cereals as breakfast in the morning. That’s then best option to have a quick meal. Here is the ugly truth about these cereals. These breakfast cereals are nothing but some processed items of sugar and preservatives that too with added-in nutrients. Our bodies need real food to start the day, not any useless sugary processed food like cereals.

5. Canned foods

Canned foods can never be healthy. Those canned foods are prepared in such a way using different kinds of preservatives so they can last longer, which means, their original nutrient value gets reduced. Some may also contain refined salt and added sugar which is not good for the health either. Moreover, some research was done, where it was found that most canned foods, nowadays, have a plastic coating inside the cans to keep the foods inside fresh, and this plastic lining is poisonous at small measures. A small amount of chemicals and toxins may often leak from the cans to the food inside.

Table salt is basically a kind of processed salt that contains some chemicals like Ferrocyanide, talc and silica which can be harmful to our bodies. Table salt is unhealthy in the sense that it lacks the essential component found in the real salt known as the trace mineral. So, it seems that you need to throw away table salt from your kitchen for good if you want to stay healthy.
